JIHAD AGAINST CORRUPTION ……. THE ROOTS

December 19, 2009

The word corruption is an adjective of Corrupt. This has its origin in the 14th century and derivation from Latin. corruptus, past participle of corrumpere.
Meaning
1. immoral or dishonest: immoral or dishonest, especially as shown by the exploitation of a position of power or trust for personal gain

2. Depraved: Extremely immoral or depraved

3. Corrupt containing errors: describes computer data or software that is unusable or unreliable because of the presence of errors that have been introduced unintentionally
corrupt computers file

4. Containing copying errors: containing undesirable changes in meaning or errors made in copying
a corrupt transcription of the manuscript

5. Contaminated: contaminated or tainted by something else ( archaic )

6. Rotten: putrid or decomposing ( archaic )

JUST PONDER ABOUT THE MEANING BEFORE YOU READ FURTHER:

The history of corruption is as old as history of reform. Corruption has been prevalent in all societies and if it has broken down the established civilization on some instances it has also given rise to few. There is always a beneficiary of corruption and in most of the occasions it’s the evil forces which have supervened because of which. Morality is always broken down by the corruption.
In Islamic history its roots were always present from the inception of Islam . After declaration of prophet hood by Muhammad (SAW), the Quereshis did their best not only to bribe him but also his followers to derail them from the path of Islam., but to no avail. Despite their poverty and social status they lost due to embracing Islam they cannot be made to move an inch from their firm grounds. If we only attribute it to aid from God Almighty, it will be a act which will take away the credit from them of the determination they displayed. Even if we say that it was possible because of God’s help, the help of the God came to them only after they displayed extreme degree of dedication and self resilience. They suffered pain, hunger, social boycott, and every physical and spiritual torture one can imagine but not yield to any bribe or attraction. The Muslim followers of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in historical perspective for the seculars, were not as fortunate as the followers of Moses (EUS), which were given treats of food and good living to get attracted towards the faith. The followers of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), were clearly told that you will have to bear the difficulties when you will move on the right tract and they were told clearly as well that you will get peace only after you have gone through the difficulties. This explains the practical spirit of Islam as a religion. There is no other way in Islam , less the hard way.
The Arabic word “Taqwa” explains the plan for evading corruption. When Hazrat Ali (RZT) was asked ; “ what is TAQWA” His answer was straight and comprehensive; “ Taqwa is like passing through this life saving your self, as when you pass through pickled bush saving your over all” Islam demands that the way CCTV camera watch you in bank and at ATM outlets and on major places in society , similarly through a CCTV camera like arrangement you are been watched by Allah. God watches you ,each one of us because He has appointed each one of us as His second in command on Earth. The report however is different for each assistant of Allah, basing upon the responsibilities bestowed upon His assistant. This means a different report will be prepared for Asif Ali Zardari and a different one for nathoo Tangay wala. But both are accountable and both are watched. This is the basis which a Muslim believes in to avoid corruption

But it is not the need of Muslims only to avoid corruption. It is the need of mankind. When the British Empire got so extensive that the sun never use to set on its dominion. They devised a picture of their king, looking in anger and dressed as a satin and hung it in every office of their off shore colonies. Thus reminding every official that the king is looking upon, just the same way the Allah looks upon the Muslims.. But still due to obvious reasons the British officials were the worst in undertaking corruption despite that picture. It’s a question marked for us , the Muslims, to ponder that we have taken Allah just the way those Britons use to take the picture of their king hanging on the wall . Perhaps this is the reason, that we still commit corruption despite hearing Azan heard five times a day, offering Namaz five times a day, fasting 30 days in a year. We need to ponder what is the different between us the present Muslims and those who were in the era of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) ,the names of those die hard few we know and of many we do not who got teareda part because of being Muslim , but accepted no incentive to give away Islam .

After facing the corruption of a non Islamic society in Mecca the Muslims faced for the first time corruption amongst themselves, as the state of Madina was incepted. Abdullah bin Abi was the stalwart businessman of city of Yasrub and was deeply influenced by the Jewish belief as he was having extensive business with them. With the arrival of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) all class system was abolished in Medina, the by gone Yasrub and Abdullah Bin Abi’s monopoly was destroyed. Following the popular public movement he had no option but also to embrace Islam from outside but from inside he still was what he was. A greedy trader whose interests were taken over by a system which took away his monetary control from over the city of Yasrub,, now Medina. So he was the first an apparent Muslim to commit and undertake corruption in Islam. His strength was significant which we can judge by the fact that when Muhammad (SAW) with 1000 Muslims left Medina to fight War of Uhad, Abdullah Bbin Abi left the Prophet (SAW) in way with 300 of his men. So we can judge the rate of corruption even in those day of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was 30 % prevalent in the Muslim society of Medina. But that 30 % was insignificantly because 70 % of the persons of that society were die hard Muslims. If we compare today I do not believe that we have even 5 percent of die hard Muslims in this society of 18 million and hence our present state.
The modern Muslims because of obvious reasons do not have any institutions to measure corruption in their societies. The only organized and trust worthy organization to undertake this task in the present era is TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL. if we just peep at the list issued by TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL in relation to corruption

http://www.transparency.org/policy_research/surveys_indices/cpi/2009/cpi_2009_table
and note apart from noting the rank of Pakistan, the FIRST 21 LEAST CORRUPT COUNTRIES ARE NON MUSLIMS. The first Muslim country which appears on the list is at serial 22, which is QATAR, the next Muslim country is at serial 30, THE UAE, followed by OMAN at 39, MAURITIUS at 42, BAHRAIN at 46, MALYASIA at 56, TURKY at 61, KAS at 63, TUNISIA at 65, KUWAIT at 66, MALDIVES & MOROCCO at 89, ALBANIA at 95 and all other Muslim countries beyond 100. India our worst of enemies is at 84. And Pakistan is at 139, out of 180 countries and the worst corrupt country in the world is unfortunately as well a Muslim country SOMALIA, at 180th number.
What does this suggests? Even if Transparency international is biased towards us and we still just look at the list and observe the Muslim countries in the list above the serial 100, and those beyond 100 to compare the GDP ,we will realize that how wrong we are in discrediting the report of TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL , out rightly which we do so often just on the pretext that it’s a NON MUSLIM organization. . The problem with us is, we cannot keep a critical eye upon ourselves, but if some one points towards our folly we make no hesitation in declaring them ZIONIST and anti Islamic not probing into what has been pointed out. We have never realized that how come the European media can print insulting cartoon in respect of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) so often ? It’s simply because they see Prophet Muhammad (SAW) through us. And we instead of making an attempt to improve ourselves by becoming true followers of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) shout slogans and make groups on face book to ban the Europeans and destroy our own property on ground to further compound our injury.

Coming back to Pakistan, which was a country acquired for the Muslims to thrive in Islamic social and economical environment. The declaration made by Allama Iqbal when heading the meeting of All India Muslim League at Luikhnow in 1930 , the letters he wrote to Jinnah sahib, and the Speeches of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to the first constituent assembly of Pakistan on August 11 1947, and on the eve of inauguration of State Bank of Pakistan on July 1st 1948 clearly depicts that fact. The creation of Pakistan was the glory of Muslims of India, however the present state of Pakistan is the failure of Muslims of Pakistan in general to create a society where they not only by themselves but also with the brethren of all other religion could have live in progress and peace. The foremost reason of this failure is, is the failure to avoid, what the Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah warned in his first speech to the first constituent assembly of Pakistan, when he mentioned about the maintenance of law and order and rule of law, curse of bribery, nepotism, jobbery and black marketing. We followed or we were allowed to follow the path contrary to what suggested by the founder of Pakistan and as well by the founder of Islam. Obviously The Quaid e Azam was not talking anything different from what his prophet Muhammad (SAW) preached and practiced.

Today there are many words around which suggest us to go back to our basis. But which basis we are talking about. Shia or sunni, Devbandi or Brevlvi , Wahabi or Ahl e Hadess. This is the worst corruption the Islam has suffered. Quaid e Muhammad Ali Jinnah in the same speech of forst constituent assembly of Pakistan warned about our division in various beliefs and ethnicities following the sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as he did in his last sermon of the Haj . We have forgotten that the only way of Islam is that of Muhammad not of the interpreters which have divided Islam unabatedly. The way of Muhammad is hard but very simple. The way of Muhammad (SAW) unifies Muslim . If we trace back the roots of corruption in Islamic its always been about defying Muhammad (SAW) and if we are ready to fight this Jihad against corruption we must unify on Prophet Muhammad(SAW) . It does not matter if we are shia, sunni devbandi opr brevli wahabi or Ahl e Hadess we all are followers of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and we must do what Muhammad (SAW) did and took all the adversaries upon him for us .

Pakistan is the state for Muslims. It’s the duty of Muslims of Pakistan to follow Islam the right path. We should not be ashamed of getting acclaimed by the non Muslims as righteous. Our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) when not declared Prophet lived in the corrupted society of Queresh till the age of 40 years and it was not Muslims who declared him SIDIQ AND AMIN. It was the kafirs of Queresh who labeled him as such and even when they stood up against his divine cause never declared him NON SIDIQ AND NON AMIN . Therefore our first aim e in our chores of daily life should be to show SADAQAT AND AMANAT .( TRUTHFULNESSAND CUSTODIANSHIP) The people whom we deal with must trust our integrity and respect us because we are good humans and this only will make us good Muslims at the same. We have tried to become Muslims thinking we will become good humans automatically but it has not happened for us . Now lets try to be good Humans so we can become good Muslims as well. Lets Try it Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) way………………

This is the first step to enter in this Jihad against corruption ……

Wish you all the best and good luck all you do

THE IMPLICATIONS OF DECISION ON NRO ----- OUR ROLE

December 18, 2009

I saw people congratulating each other as the decision on NRO unfolded. I myself felt excite and congratulated many friends on face book and whom I came across immediately after the decision. The happiness was short lived. As I woke up in the next morning the immediate thought was, what this means to me.

The immediate response was because of the happiness as the strong and those who have been the cause of disturbances at the helm of power are been checked. But the next thought was : “what about me “ How will I going to cope this decision when it will affect my being .

What will happen if I have to file an application with the police, and I do not pay the bribe compulsory with every application?

What will happen that if my electricity bill comes more than I expect and I do not go the line man or meter reader to get it sorted?

What will happen if I as doctor stop diagnosing people correctly thus reducing my income?

What will happen if I stop prescribing a medicine which gives me a large commission as compared to one manufactured by a quality company giving good product but less commission?

What will happen if I will start putting the building material in correct ration while constructing a house on contract thus reducing my profit?

What will happen if I start telling my clients correctly about the problems in their vehicles as a mechanic thus reducing my income?

What will happen if I start to teach the children in school and stop taking tuitions?

What will happen if as a student stop cheating?

What will happen if meters will appear in the taxis?

What will happen if I stop running away from the scene after hitting a by stander while driving my car and taking the casualty to the hospital and reporting the incident to the police?

What will happen if start dishing out the rights of my family correctly and honestly?

What will happen if I start paying the workers who work in my fields and factories as per their effort?

What will happen if I will stop blackmailing weak and suppressed?

What will happen if I will get the registry of my house at its actual rate?

What will happen if I start to declare my income as it is and start payig the tax?

What will happen if I start to weigh the commodities actually thus again reducing my profit?

What will happen if stop doing adultery in every walk of life?

What will happen to my pleasure which I get by undertaking adultery in every discipline of life?

What will happen if I will doing every thing honestly thus reducing my profit?

The list of our adulteration is unending unfortunately……..

First Ayub Khan by handing over the domain of the people in the hands of a corrupt person Yehya Khan and than Zia ul Haq was the ruler whose policies perhaps not intentionally, promoted corruption in Pakistan on wide spread scale, by promoting hypocrisy and the law of necessity all round the society. From a house wife to a pedestrian and from a school going child to a beggar on street, we all are involved in corruption of some sort.. We are in habit of declaring our rulers as corrupt. But why are they corrupt this we are not ready to realze. Who corrupts them is beyond our imagination.

The bitter answer is that its we who corrupts them. For our convenience and for our job to be done quickly and for the sake of earning a bit more than what we may earn if we are honest, corrupts our rulers. Our rulers start from patwari going up to the President of Pakistan. Perhaps the reason behind for Zardari starting corruption was when he was a common man had to pay something in bribe for a job which may be true and clean, resultantly the present reaction. continued. We forget that one of the common man ultimately reaches to the helm of affairs may it be patwari, SHO or the president of Pakistan. All these political leaders were common men and women once. And obviously today when they do not feel ashamed to undertake corruption, obviously, for the simple reason, being part of us as we know of their corruption they know of our corruption. Today also Zardari and all those accused of undertaking corruption by termination of NRO, must be thinking what will happen if we stand down, will corruption end in Pakistan? Will that patwari, reader of the judge, the judge himself, the lawyers who appear so noisy in the streets but even their leader too charged 1.5 corers from a corrupt to plead his corruption knowingly , compounder of a hospital, the doctor, the quack, A SI sitting in reporting room of the thana, a ticket checker in the railway, a cricketer in the field, engineers and administrators in the steel mill, factories, railways and PIA, , teachers and students in the schools, shop keepers in their shops, business men and women in their businesses , taxi walas, in their taxis , agriculturist in their fields will stop corruption. They are correct, if the entire Pakistan will not stop after this decision of supreme court, so why must they step down!

We must remember if we want our rulers to be honest and upright, it will be us who must be honest and up right foremost. Yesterday our defense minister was stopped by the FIA at the airport because his name is in ECL. You tell me what will you feel if one day you are barred from getting on board a train, bus or airplane on plea that you are corrupt. How would you feel? Even if you may have done the corruption at some level, which we no doubt undertake at every second we live, you will feel offended. You will shout and you will cry and will forget that you have been stopped because you have done some thing wrong. So if our defense minister is protesting, how different he gets from us, from an ordinary Pakistani. He is our reflection we are he and he is us!

This is why I say alone supreme court will not be able to do anything no matter what to eradicate corruption from Pakistan. Unless we join with it in the effort. Unless we vow that we will not be part of any corruption anymore and unless we declare jihad against corruption. Today the monster of terrorism hangs over us because we as a nation are corrupt. We create monsters and than we shout and create hue and cry on its being. We ignore the basic fact about life.

The more we pollute it less it becomes easy to clear it.

We have polluted our life from cradle to grave and we are not ready to accept our folly. We get happy on as one of us get vindicated or is declared a criminal. It’s in the back drop of our minds that a corrupt must be punished, but we are not ready to punish ourselves in the court of law of our conscious, for what we have done to us and our society.

The decision of Supreme Court provided us with a chance, to improve ourselves. It provides with an outlet from where we can get to safety. It’s not historical because it tells the world that strong in Pakistan can be apprehended, but it is historical that some one for the first time ever in the history have shown us our real face. I assure you nothing will change unless we change as nation. Our rulers will remain the same unless we become what we really want our rulers to be. Honest dedicated and spirited leaders never lead a nation which is otherwise.

When France and Belgium surrendered to Germans and they were advancing towards the British Isles and took the long island. than prime minister of Britain Winston Churchill in his first speech as prime minister said,

"I have nothing to offer but "blood, toil, tears and sweat." He followed that closely with two other equally famous ones, given just before the Battle of Britian. One included the words:

... we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be,we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.

The other:

Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves, that if the British Empire and its Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, 'Rhis was their finest hour'.

There is some Winston Churchill of Pakistan sitting somewhere in the youth of Pakistan. We need to brace him and encourage and line up behind him to lead us the most important war against corruption. In today’s Pakistan the war on terrorism is less important than war against corruption and this is what the decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan conveys to us. We need to fight this war on the streets, valleys and in the hills, in the markets, in the schools and hospitals, factories, railways, airlines, in our offices and in our homes.

IT’S TIME WE MUST SAY NO TO CORRUPTION. AS THERE IS NO OTHWER SOLUTION TO THE MISERIES OF PAKISTAN.

A NEW MORNING ......

A new morning has arisen today and most significantly in the aftermath of December 16th 2009. I feel this is a deliberate effort on part of Supreme Court of Pakistan to announce its historic decision on NRO. On, December 16, the date in 1971, when the nation of Pakistan suffered its worst humiliation, in the form of Fall of East Pakistan in. To announce this decision on this date indeed must be taken as an effort from the highest court of Pakistan to restore the pride of the Pakistani Nation after the lapse of 38 Years. The manner in which the melancholy of December 16 was transformed into melody is an awesome experience and as a Pakistani I would always be thankful to the most honorable Judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and so we all Pakistanis must show our gratitude towards the court in the same manner as I feel.

We must understand that only Supreme Court is not enough or in other words is not capable alone to bring THE CHANGE which we all desire and striving for.
The ENFORCEMENT OF LAW in a society is a three pronged process:
1. The Law Makers and The Law Readers ( The interpreters)
2. The Law Implementers
3. The Law abiders
1. THE LAW MAKERS AND THE LAW READERS
We can call this combinable, as Legislature. Administratively they are different. The Law makers is the Parliament and the Law readers (The interpreters) is the Judiciary and they work pole apart without influencing each other.
2. The Law Implementers
The judiciary is partly Law implementers. As they interpret the Law formulated by the Parliament and orders its implementation in situations when they are asked upon to give their decisions upon specific situations pertaining to public and private matters ranging from criminal to family issues.
The actual implementation of the decisions of the judiciary is carried out by the civilian administrative institute s and police.
3. The Law Abiders
These are those on whom the Law is effective and on whom it has to be implemented.
They include all from the members of the aforementioned two groups and the General public. The entire nation in other words
The Law Makers cannot formulate a law which excludes them from the implementation and accountability of the law.
NRO was one such law, and never in the history of the democratic world, ever such a law was formulated to protect corrupt law makers. Dictatorships and monarchies have acted in this fashion but never a democracy in the history of the world.
This is why I say, that, what our epic court have done today is historic and equivalent incident in the history of Pakistan to revert the effects of Fall of East Pakistan which portrayed Pakistan as a brutal, unjust and illogical nation. Today is the day when we feel very proud and honored, as part of the nation whose Judiciary is alive to the call of the nation and their conscious.
We must realize that how important it is for us to choose the correct persons to have a sound parliament. Parliament is every thing to a nation. It is the voice of the nation as well as the will of the nation. The present parliament has lost its moral grounds by not canceling the NRO when they had the opportunity. If they had done so the pride and honor which the judiciary has taken away from this moment would have been theirs. This is what makes us to realize that the present parliament, till, now has neither shown capability to become the voice of the nation nor has ability of executing the will of the people. But the judiciary has once again placed the ball in their court.
The Supreme court of Pakistan has asked for the first time in the history of mankind, to the government to re open all cases against the head of the state which obviously is the part of the parliament and by virtue of the powers bestowed to him constitutionally by the parliament are those of supreme commander of Pakistan armed forces as well. Now it is up to the parliament to open all cases against the head of state while he enjoys the powers to manipulate with the material, documental and personal witnesses or become the voice and will of the nation to dismantle the person form its seat of power replacing him with a genuine neutral person and letting its former head of state to plead the respective cases against him as a common citizen of Pakistan.
I believe the history is in making. And its very fortunate for us that we are part of the this history. It is even more fortunate for us that we are on the righteous path of the history. It becomes our national duty to pursue the cause of judiciary to save Pakistan‘s future. We must exert our maximum pressure on the parliament to become our voice and will. An d for this we must demonstrate peacefully every where and when ever we can. A similar movement is required as for the restoration of the judiciary and this time it will be a movement for restoration of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s Pakistan whose foremost concerns as he laid down those in his speech to the first constituent assembly of Pakistan on 11 Aug 1947, were :
1. Sovereign, independent fully authoritative Parliament
2. Supremacy of Constitution
3. Rule of law
4. Eradication of corruption, nepotism, jobbery and black marketing from the society
5. Eradication of discrimination amongst citizens of the state of Pakistan on the basis of religion, ethnicity, caste creed and class.
If we look at the constitution of Pakistan which appears to be most commonly referred book, setting aside even Holy Quran, when used for references towards law to be implemented, it clearly reveal that how criminal minded our politicians have been and still are.
The immunity to the President of Pakistan which is so talked about this day was not self granted by any president himself. The parliament of Islamic Republic of Pakistan granted it. The same parliament mentioned in the constitution that no law making in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, contrary to the principles laid down in Quran and Sunnah will be done. And yet all political forces including the religious in 1973 granted immunity to the head of state of Islamic Republic of Pakistan which neither Quran nor sunnah allows. This only fact makes this constitution a dead horse and because of which constitution was never respected, humiliated by generals and brutally manipulated by who so ever found from the political elite who himself or herself capable.
ITS TIME THAT THE YOUTH REALIZES THIS FACT. ITS TIME THAT YOUTH MUST STAND UP TO THIS OCCASION AND DEMAND FROM THE PARLIAMENT of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN TO BECOME THE VOICE AND WILL OF PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN ,BY , IMMEDIATELY DISPOSING OFF THE PRESENT HEAD OF STATE AND SUPREME COMMANDER OF PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES FOREGOING THE PARTY AFFILIATIONS . IT MUST BE MADE CLEAR TO THE PARLIAMENT THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN JUSTIFY THEIR ELECTIONS AS THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN
THIS TIME IS NOT TO SAFEGUARD INDIVIDUAL HONOURS BUT TO SAFE GUARD THE HONORS OF PAKISTAN
I wish good luck to you all , God Bless you all and your courage,
The Glory of Pakistan is near
Remain steadfast to the cause

THE FALL OF EAST PAKISTAN

December 16th 2009

I was a boy of 13 years studying in class 7th on this day in 1971. I vividly remember my father, my mother all crying silently as Lt. General Niazi signed this document

"The PAKISTAN Eastern Command agree to surrender all PAKISTAN Armed Forces in BANGLA DESH to Lieutenant-General JAGJIT SINGH AURORA, General Officer Commanding in Chief of the Indian and BANGLA DESH forces in the Eastern Theater. This surrender includes all PAKISTAN land, air and naval forces as also all para-military forces and civil armed forces. These forces will lay down their arms and surrender at the places where they are currently located to the nearest regular troops under the command of Lieutenant-General JAGJIT SINGH AURORA.

The PAKISTAN Eastern Command shall come under the orders of Lieutenant-General JAGJIT SINGH AURORA as soon as the instrument has been signed. Disobedience of orders will be regarded as a breach of the surrender terms and will be dealt with in accordance with the accepted laws and usages of war. The decision of Lieutenant-General JAGJIT SINGH AURORA will be final, should any doubt arise as to the meaning or interpretation of the surrender terms.

Lieutenant-General JAGJIT SINGH AURORA gives a solemn assurance that personnel who surrender shall be treated with dignity and respect that soldiers are entitled to in accordance with provisions of the GENEVA Convention and guarantees the safety and well-being of all PAKISTAN military and para-military forces who surrender. Protection will be provided to foreign nationals, ethnic minorities and personnel of WEST PAKISTAN origin by the forces under the command of Lieutenant- General JAGJIT SINGH AURORA."

Signed by J.S. Aurora and A.A.K. Niazi on 16 December 1971.

This happened after Z. A. Bhutto as Defense minister of Yahya Khan;s Regimen from security council and on landing in Pakistan that we will fight for 1000 years but not surrender…..

We waited for American Aircraft carrier Enterprise to reach East Pakistan to save Pakistan.

We saw General Sahbzada Yaqoob termination after he refused to use force as Chief Martial Law Administrator and Commander Eastern Command (East Pakistan), we saw General Tikka khan brutality in East Pakistanis paving way to formation of Bangladesh.

We saw Z.A. Bhutto’s Threat that he will break the legs of anyone who will join a round table conference called by Shaikh Mujeeb ur Rehman of Bangladesh in Dhaka..

This Shaikh Mujeeb ur Rehaman at the time of partition was a student and he rode his bicycle for 25 kilometer to travel from Agartila 25 KM from Dhaka to attend a public meeting being addressed by Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, what happened in 24 years that this die hard of Quaid transformwed into a separatist .

How sad is this t in the back drop of the fact that PAKISTAN RESOLUTION was floored by Shair e Bengal Moulvi Fazal ul Haq

We saw every thing we cried and we are still crying

My Elder generation transferred bewildered cries to me

I do not want to do that !

I want to bring an end to these cries I do not want to transfer these to my next generation the generation of

Ali, Akbar, Ahmed, Mustafa, Fatima, Anila Shaista and Subha all my sons and daughter

Today is the day we remember what happened on December 16 1971 and today is the day when we must vow that we will do our best to bring a change in Pakistan . its already late but I assure not too late actually THIS IS THE TIME … GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US PAKISTAN AWAITS OUR DECISION. ……..

TO ALL YOUTH OF PAKISTAN

There are fast happening on the national front which we must closely watch and keep an eye to modulate our future line of action.
The admittance of NAB about the assets s of Mr Zardari have opened channels for new possibilities in the national political scene. Furthermore the live interview of Mr. Saif ur Rehma the former cheif of NAB yesterday night on meray Mutabiq has placed the Zardari on back foot completely. The continuous and relentless visits of the American military high officials to GHQ and also to PM of Pakistan is revealing something different going on.
The army does not want to plug in but want to be the dominating force and the Americans are dealing now directly with the army to settle upon the issues relating to their future engagement in Afghanistan. American President Barrack Obama have issued a clear dead line to the American armed forces to bring a positive change in 18 months time, which to me nothing but just a mock ultimatum just to support the recently awarded Nobel Peace award to him. He also for the sake of the award and to prevent his falling popularity on the home front have stood against the possibility of Drone attacks publically.
This all suggest the following on the forefront :
1. Outset of Zardari soon
2. Sustainability of present government
3. Enhanced role of PML (N) in the present government
However in the back drop of the above there is a possibility
Zardari committing something extraordinary with Americans and Americans succeed in buying some Mir jaffars in army and this could lead to big chaos

The supreme court of Pakistan is working hard and honestly to bring to an end of the corruption stories at the top level of the past but the corruption stories of the recent last 18 months are surfacing as well.

DG FIA Tariq Khosa has been removed from his position as he was perusing hotly the Steel mill administration in awarding irregular contracts deals at lucrative price to buy pea nut of material and the witnesses and accused are now bee reshuffled all across Pakistan .
All the above put a lot of responsibility upon us

The next 18 months are very important but these last 15 days of December are very crucial
We must be prepared to face adverse of circumstances in Pakistan ever seen in its history.

Our focus must be to immediately define the following after the December 25th event
1. An executive body of All Pakistan Youth

I wish and pray that we make as big a body as we can. For the only reason that we must have to develop tiers of leadership. The process we are getting involved and with the aim that we are not for sale, will make us very vulnerable to terrorist activities by the agencies and those whose stakes are at risk because of our activities. Therefore in case our first line leadership is dislodged there must be the second third and fourth line leadership to take over amicably the entire movement

2. Our Goal: Our goal must be to define the focus of our activity. To me this should be as the supreme court is contemplating a clean up at the upper level. We must also brain wash the grass root level by imparting knowledge and plan of action to the general public about the following
a. Power of the vote and importance of turn out in our setup . There is general discontentment in society and people do not turn out because they feel that their vote has no importance. Its time that we prepare the people for any imminent elections midterm or full term whatever may fall next . I am listing the turn out average in the developed countries pls correlate

PROVISIONAL DRAFT OF THE PLEDGE RESOLUTION TO BE ADOPTED ABY ALL YOUTH PAKISTAN ON DEC 25TH 2009 ( OPEN FOR DISCUSSION )

From : ALL YOUTH PAKISTAN AYP

ALL YOUTH PAKISTAN (AYP ) is striving its best to bring the entire youth which comprises of 70 percent population of Pakistan , regardless of religion, race, creed, color, social class or ethnicity, UNDER THE DIMENSIONS OF LEADERSHIP SET BY FOUNDER OF PAKISTAN MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH .

AYP believes in dimensions set by the FATHER OF THE NATION in his speech to the FIRST CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY OF PAKISTAN ON AUGUST 11, 1947.

AYP believes in TWO NATION THEORY as a scientific postulation and believes that the creation of PAKISTAN was the glory of Muslims of India , however the present state of PAKISTAN , is not the failure of TWO NATION THEORY, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Islam and Democracy, rather only of the MUSLIM ADMINISTRATORS of the affairs of the government of PAKISTAN successively:-

1. By letting outside powers to interfere in the internal matters of Pakistan.

2. By unnecessarily interfering in the matters of other countries.

3. By not gaining advantage at the right time, of the support of the international forums, which definitely was available to settle the issue of Kashmir in association with the administration of Government of India, for their own vested interests, thus, plunging a population of more than ONE billion people of subcontinent into poverty and backwardness.

4. By ignoring the glorious principles of Islam which led to posting of name of Muhammad (SAW) on the plaque of Lincoln’s Inn London, highest in the list of 10 greatest law Magistrates of the world and as well of the democracy allowing the lawlessness and terrorism to grow in the Pakistan reaching to the present proportions. This ignorance with the support of outside led to development of religious fanatics as those which were present always in various times of history in all religions creating the present ultimate law and order distortion. ( The Hitler was prompted and supported by Briton and France to topple Republican Spain and later became allies to fight WW II with him as well)

AYP CONDEMNS TERRORISM FROM ALL QUARTERS OF POWER.

AYP CONDEMNS DRONE ATTACKS

AYP BELIEVES IN SOVEREIGN DEMOCRATIC PAKISTAN TO BE MANAGED BY MUSLIMS OF PAKISTAN AS THEY ARE IN MAJORITY, TO CREATE SOCIETY AS PER THE ASPIRATION OF ITS DEMOCRATIC FOUNDER MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH, WHERE THEY NOT ONLY BY THEMSELVES BUT ALONG WITH BRETHREN OF ALL RELIGION CAN LIVE IN PROGRESS AND PEACE.

AYP BELIEVES IN NON PROLIFERATION OF THE NUCLEAR POWER FOR THE MILITARY USE, HOWEVER ALSO BELIEVES THAT NUCLEAR NON PROLIFERATION IN SUBCONTINENT CAN BE BOUGHT TO HALT ONLY IF THE PROBLEM OF KASHMIR IS SOLVED AS PER THE ASPIRATIONS OF PEOPLE OF KASHMIR.

AYP BELIEVES THAT PEACE CAN BE RESTORED IF SANITY AMONGST HUMANITY PREVAILS in IN ALL QUARTERS.

In the present situation, ultimate losers are the PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN regardless of religion, race, creed, color, social class or ethnicity and at AYP, we believe that PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN have every right just like any other international citizen of the respective free, developed and civilized country to live their live in progress and peace. If America is blamed for causing damage to Pakistan there is no doubt that it has helped Pakistan as well and we at AYP remembering the good moments with United States of America, ON THIS 133RD BIRTH DAY OF OUR DEMOCRATIC FOUNDER OF THE NATION QUAID E AZAM MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH , PLEDGE the people and Government of United States of America to undertake the following SINGLE POINT ACTION immediately.

ALL DRONE ATTACKS ON PAKISTANI TERRITORIES MUST BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY

IN THE OPINION OF AYP THIS SINGLE STEP WILL PAVE WAY TO ENHANCE THE CONFIDENCE OF PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN ON UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, more than any AID she can provde and will create the will in the American Administration to further side line the WAR LOVING HAWK’S POLICIES, to prevent further loss of precious AMERICAN AND PAKISTANI LIVES.

AYP THANKS FOR ACCEPTING THE PLEDGE
